I read another tidbit that she had discovered he had been texting a very close friend of hers for over a year. They didn't reveal the messages, only the fact that Eva felt betrayed.

This is another one that I'm surprised is ending so quickly.

I am really surprised at this one! I thought they would work out.

Let this be a lesson to all of you: Don't marry a professional athlete. Find yourself a nerdy, accountant or dentist.

... and if you plan on cheating on your wife (or husband), get a second phone.

I bet "running around" means he has to pay according to the pre-nup. It just goes to prove that it doesn't matter what the wife looks like, some men are just prone to be unfaithful dogs.

Eva Longoria and Tony Parker: Anatomy of a Split

Despite a false start yesterday, Eva Longoria Parker and Tony Parker are now officially splitting.
Eva filed for divorce from her basketballer hubby today in Los Angeles, amidst allegations that he cheated on her with another NBA wife. Ironically enough, it was pro basketball that originally brought the Texas-born Eva and French-born Tony together back in 2004.

So what happened between the two, after all their rough patches, a storybook French wedding and three years of marriage?
Here's a look at how it all went down:
November 2004: After attending a San Antonio Spurs game with her father, Eva requested to meet the players in the locker room. She fell in "lust at first sight" with Tony. Upon meeting the Desperate Housewives star, Tony asked both Eva (and her father) to dinner, and the couple began dating.

September 2006: The couple hit a rough patch and broke up briefly, due to the demands of a long distance relationship and their busy careers.

I feel really bad for Eva because she has traveled all over the World to support him and watch his games.

Well, come on now ... cheating on your spouse has little to do with how attractive the spouse is.

That does not surprise me. There were a lot of golf fans that supported Tiger Woods and fans of any sport will support any athlete that has won championships for their city.

For some reason, lots of people in San Antonio don't like Eva. People call her snobbish, a gold digger and being Hollywood. The horrors! I've even seen some people complaining because she filed in LA and not SA.

The ironic part is she's from Texas.

Well, it did not take long for people to go from feeling sorry for Eva to now thinking she was a lot to handle and Tony couldn't take it anymore.

They say that Texas bar-b-q has recuperative powers.

It might even be able to save Tony Parker’s marriage with Eva Longoria.

The Spurs point guard apparently dined Tuesday afternoon with his estranged wife at Rudy’s Bar-B-Q on Interstate 10 and Boerne Stage Road, according to the web site TMZ.com

Sources told TMZ that Longoria flew thousands of miles to meet with his former husband and maybe save their marriage over a plate of bar-b-q in a meeting that was described as “very friendly.”

The restaurant is only a couple of long jump shots from the house that the couple were building.

Their divorce is still on. But TMZ quotes one source connected with them to say not to rule out a chance for a reconciliation.

Eva Longoria, estranged wife of Tony Parker, apparently has found a new beau during her recent stay in Los Angeles.

The New York Post reports Wednesday that Longoria has been spotted several times in the company of actress Penelope Cruz’s little brother, Eduardo.

The Post reports that Cruz, a Spanish singer with a string of minor hits, has been seen regularly around Longoria’s Los Angeles mansion over the holidays.
