I could be mistaken but I think before now they were just pondering with the idea of sellling tickets for some superfans to attend.

I believe Mark and the others he has working with him have been working pretty hard on this event. It's not like the Fox Reality Channel's Really Awards, from what I can tell it is more a fun bash with alot of different reality people with a few awards thrown in there.

Happy, Mark said they would be putting up alot on the nakidreality youtube channel after it's over. Maybe before it's all said and done they can work it out where they stream online somewhere.

Chima and Dick had a few words on twitter last week
Parker could still be mad at Michele about ditching that play a few months back
Kristen and Hayden could be awkward or too buzzworthy or dangerous if his family shows up.
Parker did not like Enzo on the show and I'm not sure they squashed anything in Vegas.
