Honey Lime Dressing from Ohana Restaurant, Disney's Polynesian Resort -- makes 2 cups
1/2 c. honey 1 t. dry mustard 1 t. salt 1/2 c. cider vinegar 1/4 c. lime juice 1/4 c. diced white onion 1 c. canola oil
Place all ingredients except oil in food processor and blend until smooth. Slowly add oil until it is well incorporated into dressing. NOTE: I increased the lime juice to almost half a cup and decreased the cider vinegar to 1/4 cup. I also used a Braun hand blender instead of a regular blender and it turned out great!

Thanks for this recipe , Inky! I made fish tacos with grilled tilapia and used this as the "sauce". My family loved it!

It's always fun to hear from someone who's tried one of the recipes, marylou2! I'm so glad your family liked the dressing . . . or "sauce." Your fish tacos sound yummy! I'll have to give them a try, and I'll be sure to use this recipe as the sauce. I have some tilapia in the freezer, just waiting for me to do something with it.
