I agree, no more twists........unless it's for who I'm rooting for.
It would be fun to be in the audience though.
Now if we could get a 2 hour finale.

Hmm I'm not so sure I like this idea. I've been watching BBUK and they have a HUGE live audience at every eviction and the host can hardly get a word in with all the cheering and booing. When the houseguest is evicted and walks out, they are subjected to both cheers and boo's which I think can be quite jolting, especially after possibly being betrayed or w/e leading to the eviction and being very emotional already. The producers will have to instruct the crowd to be silent when Julie is speaking to the house so that the HG won't know how the public feels about them, it just seems like a bit of a hassle to me.

That is soo cool! But, I wonder if it means just for non jury members, or how they will get around people yelling out info to Hg that might go back in.

Chen Bot can handle it... I am hoping for extended interview for BBshowtime or something... or maybe the audience gets to ask questions, or better yet VOTE!
I do know that BBUK is completely different from an audience standpoint. They have a BB channel there I believe, not just internet feeds, but a whole channel devoted to BB... Former HGs get rockstar status etc...maybe Oneforthefrog can fill us in on that.

Yea! I am thrilled to see them trying something different. I hope this is just the first of many changes we'll see. I doubt it, but I hope.

Isn't the eviction followed by the HOH competition?
Wonder if the audience will be able to see that also?

There was a live audience for BB1, but since they didn't have a jury, it will probably be done a whole lot different.

That is only 6 evictions...the jury member eviction muct not be going to have an audience.

That's what i thought, but it also might mean that no one can come back, after being exposed to the public, and there was a theory that with only 13 HG's that one would most likely come back, unless it's a jury member. Of Course with A.Grodner at the helm the 14th member will end up being a pet ferret or something lame like that. Maybe it'll even get more air time then last season's Guinea Pigs.

I liked the live audience on eviction night during BB1. It was also cool that they had close friends and/or family members there for the evictee.
I'm sure the audience will be made to do whatever Julie Chen wants them to do.

I wouldn't go that far La La Generally they feature in the red tops and mags for a while and then just join the other Z list celebs that turn up to the opening of an envelope. Very, very few actually go on to have any real media career.
Re the channel, we don't have a BB channel as such. BB is owned by a co. called Endemol and their current contract is with Channel Four, which now has one terrestrial and seven digital channels. The HL's and live weekly eviction shows are broadcast on the main channel (Ch4), but throughout the day and overnight, live broadcasts (with a twenty min delay) are shown on E4. If you buy your digital service from Virgin Media (cable service, like me) or Sky (satellite transmission), there is a 24hr interactive service, which broadcasts live from the house, again with the 20 min delay. Basically you tune to E4 and press the red button on your remote control and it takes you to the live streaming. The SD's are a bit fierce though and drive viewers a bit batty
On live eviction nights we have a live audience outside the house. However, this year when Davina (the host) talks to the house she does it from a studio so that the HM's aren't influenced by anything that is shouted by the crowd. During the time there is a crowd outside the house BB play extra crowd noise into the house so that the HM's can't here anything from outside.
Am getting very frustrated by this season as my fave was voted out first, very unfairly imo We had another HM removed from the house on Wednesday, for threatening and unacceptable behaviour and because of that the eviction last night was cancelled and they threw a new HM in. Am getting seriously pissed off with this year's lot as most of them have turned into a bitching circle and we also have possibly the most plastic older couple on the planet in the house. There night time activities are really quite revolting and they have already ensured I will never be able to eat custard cream biscuits ever again. If I can find a Youtube clip I will post it, just make sure you're not eating or drinking when you watch it.
Mind you I am typing this whilst watching the live feed, so my BB obsession hasn't been completely erased, well not yet anyway.

The HM's weren't very happy about the choice of music tbh LOL They buy the music vouchers ffom the shopping list for £1 each, but BB picks the music. The shopping task this week was "Japan-easy" and they had to complete certain Japanese tasks to win their luxury shopping budget. One of the tasks was for a team of them to complete an 'Endurance Karaoke', where they had to tag team and sing for an hour each for 24 hours. The trouble was they only got to sing one song for the whole of the time and it was "Total Eclipse of the Heart"
