Though I like conflict, I don't want Alex back. But I bet America brings him back.

Glass House shows us that even though BB hasn't been great the past 2 years, it has a lot further to fall. Glass House also shows us what really bad casting looks like. I thought BB12 and 13 were bad because all the entertainment value ended up falling on 3-5 people. This show has it all falling on one person... who tries too hard... and goes for the easiest insults.

Thank you, Glass House, for making me appreciate aspects of BB that I didn't care for as much before. BB's villains look Shakespearean in comparison.

I thought the Rob has a podcast liveshow featuring Brenchel, Matt, and Evel was better than the entire show, so there's my quick opinion.

This discussion about Rodney King that somehow evolved into a discussion about race in America and police brutality is the most real I've seen any of these people. It's a discussion we wouldn't get on BB at all in this day and age (when topics like this at least popped up occasionally on BB1-BB5).

I watched last night. There were a few things that I liked. I liked the computer voice ... it dehumanizes the "host". I liked the decor. I liked the idea of the HGs asking questions of the audience and the others don't know what was asked. I liked the first competition. I liked that the prize is $1,000,000. BB should have upped their prize to a million years ago.
So far, I liked Kevin (the police officer), Jeffrey (the receptionist), Gene, (the stuntman) and Robin, (the blogger). (How funny/sad was it that 21 year old Holly thought that 43 year old Robin was 60? Has she never seen a 60 year old woman? Lol)
Alex was annoying me from the second he entered the house and his juvenile "insults" in an attempt to become the most entertaining villain in Reality TV history were laughable at best.
( ... and how dumb was Jacob? He made some of our BB dummies look smart by comparison)

The prize is actually $250,000...half of what the current BB prize is.

I also watched, even though I said I wouldn't! And, there were some things I liked too. I liked how the losing team had to have the two people in limbo. I wonder why Jacob left? I think Alex is one that will keep staying and staying because America wants him to stay in and make trouble. He is so very irritating. I also liked the first competition. My fav so far is Kevin (the police officer).

I just stumbled on this last night as it was starting, so I figured I would watch. Hadn't seen any feeds to date, and really knew nothing about it.

I agree with many, I really liked:

- the decor
- how they voted (that was really cool)
- the computer voice (less personal)
- the first comp that was done in teams

As far as Alex thinking he was doing what viewers wanted - WTF was he thinking? Throwing personal insults at people does not make a "good villian". I hope he is kicked out. That is not the type of drama I want to watch.

I didn't really get a good feel for many after only 1 episode, but the cop and the older woman both stood out to me as people I think I will like.

I don't see myself watching anything online - but Iwould probably watch the TV show once a week.

BTW, where is this taped at? Did I see snow outside the window in one picture - or was that a mural?

From some of the tweets and what I saw last night, there are some divisions in the house and perhaps some type of "alliances" being formed. It's hard for me to describe them as I don't really know any of these people's names.

1. At least 4 of the cast members have a problem with Erica. The older woman on the cast mentioned that Erica always had something to say about everything the older woman mentioned. Kevin and Mike told her not to engage and that Erica was going to always take the opposite opinion of everything the older woman mentioned just to stir up trouble. The older woman also said something like this, "The problem is, she's been drinking (pause) again."

2. One of the girls sticks to herself most of the time and constantly gets negative feedback from the voters whenever she responds to one of those questions the viewers vote on.

3. The group has an anti-drama mentality going on right now and refuse to be baited into heated discussions like the racial one last night. They were asked to discuss Obama and his stance on immigration last night, and none of them did so. It was similar to the mood of the BB1 housemates, imo.

I watched last night. I like Kevin the police officer. Alex is an epic tool and Erica is a moron to use her question to ask about the bachloette. I thought my eyes would roll out of my head.

I did like the asking "america" questions and just having the answers show so only the person who asked knows wtf they mean.

That's about all I got. I may tune into the show but I am not going to watch feeds of these people. I just don't really care...lol.

I would guess that they aren't too pleased with those numbers considering ABC said they spent 16 million $ on marketing and have had the NBA finals to advertise the show.

Will be interesting to see how the ratings do over the course of the season...

I watched, it was ok. I liked the house, voting method and challenge. My thoughts are that the show will not be on often enough for viewers to get invested. The feeds although free are limited and I have had trouble logging into ABC so I gave up. From what i have heard the feeds seem staged, which would make sense since they know exactly when they are on. With BB although we complain about all the sleeping we do get to see it all the good the bad and the ugly. And if we miss something there is always flashback. Being a reality show junkie I will watch. On another subject, there is a show on CMT called Redneck Island. Now this show looks like a clone of Survivor. The contestants are all self declared rednecks, they live on a isolated island, there are 2 teams, they have challenges The winners get a reward, the losing team goes to what they call the reckoning where someone is voted off. The cast is made up of jocks, bikini girls and of course the gay guy.Steve Austin is the host. They do supply them with lots of beer and they have a swimming pool, why you need a pool on the beach is beyond me. Wonder why ABC wasn't worked up about this show.
