This is another show I'd like to watch Kay. I haven't been this involved with tv shows for a long time but I'm finding a lot I would be interested in when I go through the listings to post here lol |

'House' returns solid, 'Terra Nova' ratings surprise
| Quote: | Fox’s House returned to slightly lower ratings, while the second week of Terra Nova surprised and we have a third-week update on how the revamped Two and a Half Men is doing.
Monday night ratings are here, so let’s get right to it: The headline is Fox’s House, which is back for its eighth season. House had 9.8 million viewers and a 3.9 rating in the adults 18-49 demo. That’s down a mild 7 percent from last year — much less than many veteran shows on the dial.
House was helped by a strong lead-in, Terra Nova (8.3 million, 3.0). Everybody expected Terra Nova to drop notably in Week 2, but surprise-surprise — the sci-fi dino drama held up, off only a tenth of a point from its heavily hyped two-hour opener. The second episode was perhaps aided by the premiere receiving a rather heavy amount of DVR playback last week (my recap of Episode 2, “Angry Birds,” is here). |

| I love this show. Has a lot of crossovers. The main guy is also Joe Morelli in the One For the Money movie. His son is on Degrassi, And the one who played the guy who recruited his wife for Terra Nova was on The Tudors! Thank goodness for imdb. _________________ |

| Kay, I watched this online while I was making the cake today. It's really good! I'll have to watch the second episode on tv though. I'm pretty sure I recorded it. Thanks for recommending it! |

| Terra Nova | What exactly is there for a prehistoric policeman to do when he’s not thwarting attempts on Taylor’s life? Jason O’Mara told me that fans of the Fox series can expect Jim Shannon to tackle a variety of crimes, all the while keeping the Sixers in line. Most interestingly, the actor teased “a theft in Episode 6, by someone you would least expect — and it turns out that person isn’t what they seem, which will be a recurring theme.” Just as mysterious is the pilfered goods. “What they’ve thieved is something we didn’t even know existed, and that is linked mythologically with what’s coming up,” O’Mara says

| I wanted to like this show, but the acting stinks so bad. I mean, did you see that guy trying to act like he's sneezing?? Horrible. Lead casting not good. |

I feel the exact same way. I don't like the cast. I love the premise, but I can't get into the cast. |

I wanted more from this show and it's not delivering. I agree about the cast as well. I don't feel a connection with the characters and something I just can't pinpoint. But, it still offers a bit of distraction from what ails me. |

I love Twilight, this show doesn't compare (imho). But, I understand what you are saying. I watch it because its different but if I had my druthers, it needs to go from a "G" rating to an "R" including more violence and some sex. A Jurassic Park mixed with Dinotopia with a dash of True Blood thrown in. |

Don't get me started with that true blood show..... They should have just kept it about vampires not werewolves(that are just friggin dogs ), ferries, shape shifters, ghosts, whatever those panther people are, demons, witches and many more. they are making it to hard to figure out what the hell is going on show to show. Just keep it as vampires vs humans. oh and stop the damn screaming at the end of every episode |
