I could be wrong but the woman looks like Joanna Garcia. She was on the TV show with Reba McEntyre (sp?) and she's part of the whole Lance/Jami-Lynn Sigler group.

Having a lazy eye is not curable. (Childhood surgery is almost always a temporary fix, and you cannot have the surgery after the age of sixteen).
