Reality vixens Heidi Montag and Danielle Staub will face off in the new VH1 series Famous Food.

The 10-episode reality show, slated to premiere in the fall, will give seven celebrities the opportunity to open a West Hollywood eatery. The cast — which includes Montag, Staub, former Bachelor Jake Pavelka, musicians DJ Paul and Juicy "J", Eliot Spitzer's former call girl Ashley Dupre and Sopranos actor Vincent Pastore — will complete various tasks, such as creating a menu and renovating the location

Successful restaurateurs Mike Malin (aka "Mike Boogie" of Big Brother fame) and Lonnie Moore will judge and pick the winner based on work ethic. The winner will get a partnership stake in the restaurant.

I don't doubt Mike Boogie knows what he is doing when it comes to running a restaurant...but how the hell did Jake get involved in this?

Jake got involved for the same reason as the rest of them - he's a famewhore. All trying to extend their 15 minutes.

I will NEVER forget how nasty Lonnie Moore was in Will's chatroom and I will watch no show that tool is involved in.

I feel exactly the same way.

Lonnie Moore was on Millionaire Matchmaker and Patty kicked him out. Everything I've ever read about him has been bad....likes his young underage starlets, has a private room at the restaurants with a bed for his conquests, when he gets charges filed against him he just buys them off. Yuk

When I look back at BB All-stars and hear all the shout outs to Lonnie from Boogie and Will it still pisses me off.

How ironic that Heidi Montag, Danielle Staub and Jake Pavelka are going to be on a reality show together yet its the hosts that are receiving such a thumbs down. I don't know of Boogie and Lonnie other than what I have seen here but they must be REALLY bad! LOL

I do know who Boogie is (he won BB All Stars) but I don't know who Lonnie is either.

Can someone explain to us who this guy Lonnie is and what did he do that made people hate him??

Lonnie is Mike's business partner. His name became somewhat familiar to us during BBAS because Boogie and Will gave shout outs to him all the time and Mike told some gross stories about Lonnie's sexual escapades on the feeds.
Lonnie also participated in one of Will's post game chats and some of his comments were crude, coarse, gross, misogynistic and disgusting.

I don't see how this show will even get viewers to tune in. I guess whoever gave the ok for this show to be filmed at VH1 must be BFF's with these people on the show.

Is this picked up and on the schedule or will it be filmed first them screened?

I think he said that in one of Will's post BBAS chats. He seemed to think it made him awesome and cool ... I thought it made him a total douche and a fool. (If you can only get laid by taking advantage of desperate, foolish young women, you're a complete loser IMO.)

Could have been BBAS, but I did hear or read it. Maybe is was on the legal brief relating to the trial they had about sexual abuse at Loni's club.
